Put Recruited on your phone
It is not in the App Store or Google Play, and it does not need to be. It installs straight from this page — no download, no review, no account with anybody else. It takes about ten seconds.
Your browser can do this now
One tap and it is on your home screen.
You already have it
You are reading this inside the installed app.
On an iPhone or iPad
Safari does not ask, so you tell it. It has to be Safari — Chrome on an iPhone cannot add things to the home screen.
- Tap the Share button — the square with an arrow coming out of it, at the bottom of the screen.
- Scroll down the list and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Tap Add.
On an Android phone
- Tap the ⋮ menu, top right.
- Tap Install app, or Add to Home screen.
- Tap Install.
On a computer
In Chrome or Edge, there is a small install icon at the right-hand end of the address bar. In Safari on a Mac, it is File → Add to Dock.
What you get
- An icon on your home screen, and no browser bars around it.
- It opens on your dashboard rather than the front page.
- It works the same as it does here. It is the same app.
What it does not do
It does not read anything on your phone, it is not in any app store, and it stores nothing about your search on the device — the job list, the drafts and the replies all live on our server and are fetched when you open it. That last one is deliberate: a cached dashboard on a shared phone would be somebody's private job search left on a screen.
It means the app needs a connection to show you anything, which is the trade we chose.
